We had a very pleasant time. Family oriented, fairly clean hotel in secure area. The property was placed in the very central location. Besides, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from downtown, that worked for us. Reasonably large, fully furnished rooms with comfy beds. Late check out too.

It met needs and we would like to come again. The atmosphere is comfortable with friendly personnel. Location is good - couldn't be better. Btw, their receptionist is top! Room had a huge variety of facilities, including a heating system, a seating area and a writing desk.

Bullring shopping centre and other places worth exploring were short way from the hotel. You can also visit the glee club that offers excellent meals. The venue interior was amazing. Edgbaston neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.
