We spent a really lovely time here, nice staff and location. We appreciated a good restaurant.

Everything was perfect, efficient staff made our stay very enjoyable. Ideal position, the staff helped with parking. There was a downstairs bar.

I loved this quiet hotel. Relaxing & warm unit with a balcony, separate bedroom, for example. Enthusiastic staff as I wanted. Based in a fairly nice area.

Booked it for 1 day and had a restful experience. Reception was efficient. Don't forget to explore Birmingham Shopping district. Staff were eager to help, they are all cool people. The English breakfast was savoury with lots of food: D

We had a very pleasant time. Family oriented, fairly clean hotel in secure area. The property was placed in the very central location. Besides, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from downtown, that worked for us. Reasonably large, fully furnished rooms with comfy beds. Late check out too.

Designer hotel, tidy and 20 km from the airport. Non-smoking unit. Was great to be adjacent to the beach. Courteous service during our stay too.

It's wonderful base for sightseeing and exploring Birmingham. Thoroughly enjoyed a fully equipped kitchen we had in the room.

It met needs and we would like to come again. The atmosphere is comfortable with friendly personnel. Location is good - couldn't be better. Btw, their receptionist is top! Room had a huge variety of facilities, including a heating system, a seating area and a writing desk.

Bullring shopping centre and other places worth exploring were short way from the hotel. You can also visit the glee club that offers excellent meals. The venue interior was amazing. Edgbaston neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.
